We had such a great time here! The house was so nice, & clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect, & the outdoor patio/kitchen/dock were a bonus! Rebecca is the perfect host, polite, professional, & friendly. She was excellent at communication, always replied right away to any messages. Scalloping trip Perfect location & property for scalloping trip with the family. The outdoor setup is amazing & we loved the tiki bar. This was a last minute booking, when I (mom) had just decided we needed to get away! The house is beautiful, and the outside areas are dreamy. Rebecca is so friendly, easy to communicate with, and we have absolutely no complaints. I felt well rested and didn’t want to leave on checkout day! We will 1000% be back again and again.

What a wonderful trip. This property was fantastic and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. We fished, kayaked, cooked out, cold water plunged in the pool and warmed up in the hot tub. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area was the most popular spot for morning coffee, afternoon chilling and evening meals. Rebecca, the property manager, was amazing and super responsive. Due to recent unfortunate flooding and tornadoes, the spa motor went out and Rebecca had it replaced and back in order with a couple of hours. We will be back!!!

This was definitely one of our favorite vacations! Crystal River is still very much the “old Florida” that I remember from my childhood. The house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. The open great room and kitchen were very spacious, and the Florida room provides gorgeous views of the canal. There is actually a fair amount of privacy on the canal. Most of the other houses we saw had no privacy at all. We saw a manatee swimming through within just a couple of hours after arriving. The kayaks were great for exploring through the canal. At night, the water really comes alive with jumping fish! The dark night skies were perfect for stargazing. Really just a magical place!
